Obverse shows two bakers, evidenced by 'pretzel' at top, creating sawdust then mixing it with the flour.  MEHLSTRECKUNG "Adulteration of Flour"

Reverse text DEN GAUNERN UNTER DEN BÄCKERN EIN EHREN ZEIGNEN, ANNO 1916 "A badge of honor to the swindling bakers', over design element combining wheat elements on the left and pine on the right.
