Obverse : Death, with a Russian cap, prepares to mow down Polish and Lithuanian refugees with his scythe. In the background a burning Russian city. Inscription: "Veiterchen sorgt fiir die Seinen" (The Little Father cares for his people — The Russians call the Czar "Little Father"). W.Eberbach in exergue.

Reverse:: Pentagonal cartridge inscribed, "Dem Friedensczar Nicolaus II v. Russland" (Peace Czar Nicholas II of Russia) over flower blossom.
