1915 (obverse) / DIE WELT —— IN FLAMMEN (the world in flames - reverse). Cast bronze, medium-brown patina, some burnishing, 65.57 mm, 102.61 g. Vorzüglich (extremely fine). Rare.
Obverse: Two out-size naked men kneel on top of globe showing Eastern Hemisphere and struggle against each other; year date top center between them; artist's monogram encircled, interlaced AZ lower left; raised rim.
Reverse: Vertical sword center, point downward towards calotte of earth from which erupt flames to either side; title legend upper edge, divided by image; roped rim.
